How does local shipping work?Orders will be shipped within the day of receipt of payment and not later than 2 days and are subject to availability. Delivery time may vary depending on which area items are being delivered to, but typical delivery times are between 2 and 4 working days. Please note that overnight shipping is only possible on these before mentioned working days. We will do our best to deliver your items as timeously as possible but shall not be held liable for any losses or damages of any kind incurred due to late delivery. Items are well packaged and protected. We reserve the right to charge our customers per the pricing structure mentioned in our delivery terms as well as change the pricing structure as we please without warning or consent. Once your package has been sent you will receive an e-mail confirming postal details including tracking and delivery information.

Can I return products?Return of unwanted goods. If you wish to return any unwanted goods and you have met the conditions in our Ts&Cs, you may do so at your own cost together with your proof of purchase or order reference number. We then reserve the right to inspect the goods. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference) within the required 30 days. Return of defective goods If you wish to return a defective product we will require you to log a formal returns request by sending an email to support@diyelectronics.co.za stating that you would like to return a product and in the case of a defective product evidence to substantiate your claim. You will then be provided with a Returns Form to fill in which must then be submitted back to us and thereafter a collection will be booked by us for the defective item.

Can I ship products internationally?Yes, we do ship our products worldwide. Please note that shipping fees for any international orders are subject to quotation. Contact us for relevant rates and shipping periods. Please note that all customs clearance, duties and fees are to be furnished by the customer and we will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred in any form resulting from this process. Full value and complete packing list will be accompanied with your order.
